Data Protection (LGPD)

Rasmoo is committed to complying with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018 — LGPD). This page describes how we process personal data and your rights as a data subject.

1. What is the LGPD

Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Lei 13.709/2018) regulates the processing of personal data by natural and legal persons. It guarantees fundamental rights of freedom, privacy and the free development of personality.

2. Data We Process

We process personal data provided by the data subject (name, email, phone, professional details) and data collected automatically during platform use (logs, IP, device). We do not process sensitive data without express consent.

3. Legal Bases for Processing

Data processing is based on the following legal grounds under the LGPD: contract performance, compliance with legal obligation, legitimate interest and data subject consent for communications and marketing activities.

4. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under Art. 18 of the LGPD, you have the right to: confirm processing existence; access your data; correct incomplete or incorrect data; request anonymization, blocking or deletion; revoke consent; and obtain sharing information.

5. How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise any LGPD right, send a request to privacy@rasmoo.com.br with identification and a description of your request. We will respond within 15 business days as required by law.

6. Data Protection Officer (DPO)

Our Data Protection Officer can be reached at privacy@rasmoo.com.br. They are responsible for guiding staff, attending to data subjects and liaising with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
