These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Kineto platform, developed and operated by Rasmoo Edtech e Software House Ltda. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any feature of the Kineto platform, you declare that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, immediately stop using the platform.
2. Service Description
Kineto is a SaaS platform for lead generation and qualification with WhatsApp and multi-channel messaging automation. Available features vary according to the contracted plan.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, for all activities carried out in your account and for ensuring your use of the platform complies with applicable law, including data protection regulations.
4. Intellectual Property
All platform content — including code, design, texts, logos and features — is the exclusive property of Rasmoo and is protected by intellectual property law. Reproduction or use without prior authorization is prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
Rasmoo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.
